These Terms of Use are subject to modifications at any time. We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms of Use and other policies at any time by posting changes on the Platform, and you shall be liable to update yourself of such changes, if any, by accessing the changes on the Platform. You shall, at all times, be responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use and the other TBS policies and note the changes made on the Platform.
Your continued usage of the services after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms of Use and other TBS policies. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, TBS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access, enter, and use the Platform. By accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by the other terms and conditions and TBS policies (including but not limited to Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Notice and Take Down Policy) as may be posted on the Platform from time to time.
TBS understands and respects the importance of protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us, in respect of your relationship with us as a customer or a potential customer. This information may be collected via our websites ("Sites"), our contact centres, our retail stores, our mobile applications ("Apps"), our questionnaires/surveys, or our social media channels (collectively, our "Services").
By making a booking or other purchase or otherwise giving your personal data to us, we will transfer, store or process it as set out below. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

For unregistered users
We encourage you to register with us in order to book services on our website or mobile applications (“Apps”) to take advantage of our customization features.
Registered Users
All users who choose to register themselves on our site www.thebicyclestudio.in or Apps will be able to do online transactions with us.
If you register with us, we will collect personal information from you in addition to the non-personal information’s. That personal information may include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number etc.
Steps related to service availing process:
As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, TBS shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 50 upto the order value, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your subsequent order or by cancelling one of your free service,
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
Cancelling your order due to
Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 7 business days in accordance with the terms.
Delivery of Bicycles must be taken within 1 day of completion or a storage charge of Rs. 50/day will be added to the bill.

Servicing related Information :
Pick-up and delivery ( pick up : 10am to 6pm / Delivery by next day)
Express Servicing ( same day delivery should be booked before 2pm)
Discounted original spare parts ( No spare parts are covered in AMC – only servicing )
Coverage : Municipal Corporation Gurugram Area
Special area coverage ( Sector 82- 85 Gurugram with additional service charge)

Service feedback period: Complain regarding service will not be entertained after 3 days of servicing for complementary checkup (If received upto 1 month after 3 days you have to pay basic transportation cost. Complain after one month will be treated as new servicing )
